Shipping & Handling
Once we dispatch your order, we will not be held liable for any loss or damages that will occur during delivery. Everything that goes out of our hands are well-checked. If in case your order arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we will do our best to assist you.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept returns. In the event that an item / your order arrives damaged, please take a photo and send us an email with your order number. If the damage was on our part, we can either send you a replacement or we can give you store credit you can use on your next purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please contact us and we’ll work something out!
Cancellations & Refunds
An order may be canceled within 30 minutes of purchase– this is because we do fulfillment regularly so it is possible to have your orders packed and shipped the same day you ordered. In light of this, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been sent out for delivery. There will be no cancellations during sales and promotions. There will also be no refunds.
Customs and Import Taxes
Orders sent with tracking number may incur taxes upon arrival in your country. Please check with your local customs office about rules and regulations that may apply to you. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the buyer.
